A harsh foul occurred at the 55th minute of the second half of the match between Universitario de Deportes vs. Deportivo Binacional, when Anthony Rosell received a red card after committing a harsh foul on Yuriel Celi.
It all started when the defender of 'Poderoso del Sur' went behind the cream forward, so the referee decided to show him, initially, a yellow card.
However, minutes later, the VAR review was made and the match officials changed their decision. Therefore, they canceled the yellow card shown to Rosell and gave him a red card.
This caused Deportivo Binacional to lose balance at the Monumental Stadium and not be able to achieve a good performance in this tough contest against the merengues.
