The Bolivian duo composed of tennis players Federico Zeballos and Boris Arias had a good start in the Bogotá Challenger by winning on Thursday in the first round of the main draw against the Bolivian Murkel Dellien and the Argentine Juan Pablo Ficovich (6-2 and 6-0).

Zeballos and Arias, who come to this tournament as the fourth seeds and with two consecutive titles, showed their hierarchy on court 3 of the Country Club Bogotá.

Their game was far superior to Dellien and Ficovich, who faced two players who are within the Top-100 of the doubles world ranking.

In the first set, the national duo broke their opponents' serve twice, while in the second set, they broke their serve three times.

That advantage was more than enough to win the match after only 42 minutes of play.

They advanced to the quarterfinals, where they will face the winners of the match between the Peruvians Arklon and Conner Huertas del Pino against the Norwegian Viktor Durasovic and the Spaniard David Jorda.
