Tomás Barrios Vera (ATP World Ranking No. 114) and Thiago Tirante (ATP World Ranking No. 143) emerged victorious in their quarterfinal matches of the Bogotá Challenger and advanced to the final four of the Colombian tournament.
The Chilean player prevailed against the Argentine Renzo Olivo (No. 309) with a 7-6, 6-2 victory. Later, Tirante did the same against the Bolivian Murkel Dellien (No. 282) with a 6-4, 6-4 win.
In the other matches, the Brazilian Gustavo Heide (No. 284) defeated his compatriot Matheus Pucinelli De Almeida (No. 342) with a 6-4, 6-2 score. In the final match, the Spanish player David Jorda Sanchis (No. 391) overcame Alejandro Tabilo (No. 131) with a 7-6, 6-7, 6-3 result.
Thus, in the semifinals, Tirante will face Barrios Vera and Heide will do the same against Jorda Sanchis.
