Jeff Hardy Injury Update
Jeff Hardy suffered a serious shoulder injury during a six pack match on the September 18 edition of Monday Night Raw. A few days later, WWE confirmed the injury, stating that it was a torn rotator cuff, and he had to undergo surgery on October 3. Hardy came out of the operating room successfully, and since then, he has only appeared on screen once, playing poker on the Raw 25th Anniversary, although his most memorable moment of that night was not televised.

According to PWInsider, Jeff Hardy traveled on Tuesday from Birmingham, Alabama to have his recovery progress evaluated, and apparently everything is going great. After a surgery like this, the shoulder recovers all its capabilities within a period of four to six months, so it is perfect timing with WrestleMania.
We had already mentioned that WrestleMania could be the stage for Jeff Hardy's return, perhaps as Brother Nero, to revitalize the concept of the Woken Universe, in what would presumably be the definitive showdown between Woken Matt and Bray Wyatt. We will have to wait and see if this can indeed be fulfilled or if WWE has other plans for Jeff.
