Tennis News: Novak Djokovic Reaches 10th ATP Masters 1000 Final
Aged 33, Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic, currently ranked number one in the world, reached his 10th ATP Masters 1000 final in Rome, after rediscovering his best form in the second set of his semifinal against Norwegian Casper Ruud, whom he defeated 7-5 and 6-3.
It wasn't an easy match, Djokovic was a break down in the first part, however, he recovered and turned the match around to win. In the second part, there was parity and long games until 2-2, when the Serbian managed to break his opponent's serve again to prevail 6-3.
With this victory and if he achieves glory in Rome, he would surpass Rafael Nadal at the top of the tournament rankings in this category.
