Peruvian Delegation to Participate in Lima 2019 Pan American Games

The Peruvian Olympic Committee (COP) has announced that the national delegation participating in the Lima 2019 Pan American Games is composed of 827 individuals.

Team Peru Composition

The Peruvian team consists of 592 athletes (308 males and 284 females), as well as 235 officials (coaches, delegates, assistants, and doctors).

Mission Chief

Jenny Martínez, President of the Peruvian Gymnastics Federation and a member of the board of the Peruvian Olympic Committee, will be the head of the mission for the delegation representing us at the Lima 2019 Pan American Games.

Sport Distribution

Aquatic sports have the highest number of Peruvian athletes, with a total of 61 swimmers. Meanwhile, racquetball has the lowest number, with only three national participants.

The 18th Edition of the Pan American Games

The XVIII edition of the Pan American Games will take place from next week Friday until August 11 in Lima, with the participation of 6,890 athletes from the 41 participating countries.
