Students played this morning against Chacarita Juniors the third and final preparation match ahead of the resumption of the Superliga on Monday 29th against Independiente as visitors.

The first of the two matches, which started at 9 on the main field of the City Bell training ground, ended with a victory for Pincha, who won 2-0. Bernardi lined up the team with Andújar, Sánchez, Schunke, Campi, Dubarbier, Braña, Giménez, Talpone, Otero, Lugüercio, and Rodriguez. Otero and Pavone, who came on for Lugüercio, scored for the albiceleste squad.

The other duel played by the alternate team was also won by Estudiantes, and by the same difference. The second 11 included Sappa, Ruiz Diaz, Bazzana, Desábato, Diarte, Cascini, Zuqui, Cejas, Lattanzio, Fernández, and Pavone. Lattanzio and Melano scored for Pincha.

The "León" squad, after today's friendly, will have Sunday and Monday off while waiting for the arrival of some reinforcements in the attack and defense next week, although there have been no advances in the negotiations, according to sources close to Estudiantes' board of directors.
