Peruvian national team receives visit of marathonists

A few hours before the friendly against Ecuador in New Jersey, the Peruvian national team received the visit this Thursday afternoon of marathon runners Gladys Tejeda and Christian Pacheco.

Both athletes, who won the gold medal at the Lima 2019 Pan American Games, took advantage of their stay in the United States to visit Ricardo Gareca's team.

Tejeda and Pacheco shared their experiences at 'Lima 2019' with the players and in the end received two shirts with their names as a gift.

The Peruvian national team will face Ecuador on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. in New Jersey. Five days later, they will test their strength against Brazil in Los Angeles.
