The Peruvian surfer raised the country's name high by proclaiming herself champion of the Punta Rocas Open in the Pro Junior category. The current four-time champion of the World Surf League affirmed her category.

This Sunday, April 16, was a very fruitful day for Peruvian surfing, as Sol Aguirre defeated Brazilian Isabelle Nalu in the grand final of the Pro Junior category of the Punta Rocas Open Pro. The national athlete had no trouble and vindicated her status as a four-time South American champion of the World Surf League (WSL).
