Alex Valera and Universitario de Deportes have a separate and reserved match against Al Fateh, the former team of the national forward, who filed a counterclaim with FIFA for an alleged breach of contract by the player.

The footballer and the Merengue institution are being claimed a total of 1,963,000 dollars, informed Argentine journalist César Luis Merlo on Friday.

This is in response to the claim made by the Cream forward, who demanded 2.3 million dollars from Al Fateh.

As you may remember, Valera declared himself a free player at the beginning of this year after the Arab club failed to pay his last two salaries. Days later, he was presented as the new reinforcement of 'U'. The true culprits will be determined by FIFA in the coming months.
