Juan Aurich de Chiclayo has a difficult path in the Liga 2, as the License Commission of the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF) has started deducting points from them due to non-compliance with their payment obligations.
According to Resolution No. 069-CCL-FPF-2022, the Chiclayo club will be affected by the deduction of two points from the accumulated table due to duly substantiated omissions.

“The club has not complied with the payment of 10 dependent workers. The club has not submitted pay slips or the R01 form for the month of May 2022, which would allow us to verify the payment of 21 workers on time and that the amounts are correct. The club has submitted five cash expenditure receipts for the payment of the salaries of four dependent workers for the month of May 2022″, initially reads the document.
Further down, the reasons for other omitted aspects by the team continue. “The club has not submitted fee receipts or corresponding payments for its independent workers for the month of May 2022. The club has not complied with submitting payment information for ESSALUD and ONP for the period of April 2022. Likewise, it has not complied with submitting the declaration and payment to the AFP for the month of April 2022″.
First deduction
This is the first penalty that Aurich receives this year. It is still expected that the non-compliance issues related to debts from previous years, which were brought to light by the lawyer of the Association, Jhonny Baldovino, will be evaluated.
It is not ruled out that if the situation continues like this, according to the rules, there could be an administrative relegation of the Chiclayo club.
