According to journalist Carlos Alberto Navarro, the economic pretension of the 'Tiger' would be far from the reality of the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF), so Agustin Lozano would travel to Buenos Aires to define everything.
"The economic issue is important. Gareca has placed an unreachable figure for the FPF. It's very distant. Both sides have to come closer to reach an agreement. The meeting will take place in Buenos Aires on Wednesday," said the 'Tigrillo' on Campeonísimo.
According to the mentioned journalist, there would be a 40% cut, and this would be the breaking point in the agreement, but the former coach of Universitario stated that his priority is the Peruvian National Team.
The federation recorded problems in its financial situation, so they couldn't promise improvements in Ricardo Gareca's salary, however, the president of the FPF assured that they are making a great effort to receive a positive response from the former footballer.
