Urgent. Today, in the afternoon, Congresswoman Martha Moyano, representative of the Popular Force Party, presented a bill that manifests the reorganization and development of the Professional League of Peruvian football.

In this sense, the document states that the First Division, Second Division, and Copa Peru will pass into the possession of the Professional Football Sports Association (ADFP).

"The purpose of this law is to return the organization of the First and Second Professional football championships and departmental championships to the Professional Football Sports Association," the initiative says.

Similarly, it stated: "From the validity of this Law, the Peruvian National Sports Federation for Football is not responsible for the organization of the National Football Championships called First and Second Professional, as well as the departmental championship, returning the organization of said championships to each of the professional football sports associations."

On the other hand, it detailed the percentages in which the television rights will be divided. However, 90% will be part of the total clubs. "The ten percent (10%) of the income from the television and/or radio broadcasting rights that the First and Second Professional Football Clubs sign with an operator will constitute resources to be distributed as follows: five percent (5%) for the Professional Football Sports Association, one percent (1%) to the Peruvian National Sports Federation for Football, one and a half percent (1.5%) for the National Paralympic Association of Peru, one and a half percent (1.5%) for school sports for public schools, and one percent (1%) for the Women's National Football Team of Peru.", it concluded.
