The national team had the opportunity to visit the mythical Buenos Aires stadium during their stay in Argentina, where they participated in the Las Malvinas Brotherhood Cup as part of their preparation for the 2023 Copa America in Brazil, and they could not have had a better welcome.
Zambrano personally received our representatives and gifted them official Boca Juniors apparel, as well as organizing and leading a guided tour of one of the world's most popular sports venues.
The noble gesture did not go unnoticed and was highlighted by the Peruvian Football Federation. "The defender of our national team, Carlos Zambrano, received the Down Futsal team at the Boca Juniors facilities and shared a great moment with the delegation," announced the FPF on social media.
"Thank you guys for making me have such beautiful moments, you are champions," Zambrano said after spending time with the Peruvian Down Futsal team, who will continue their international tour towards the city of Salto, Uruguay, the venue of the South American Clubs and National Teams Cup.
