Spanish rider Aleix Espargaro secured the first pole position for his Aprilia team in MotoGP in Argentina on Saturday, beating his compatriot Jorge Martin (Ducati-Pramac) and Italian Luca Marini (Ducati-VR46).
French world champion Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha) will start on the second row in sixth place on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. local time (6:00 p.m. GMT) at the Termas de Río Hondo circuit.
Pol Espargaro (Honda) and Maverick Vinales (Aprilia) will be just ahead of "Quarta" on the second row. Italian world runner-up Pecco Bagnaia will start in fourteenth place.
