"The shoulder is fine. I'm worried because I heard it pop out in the twelfth round. So in that round I backed off a bit. It's probably one of the most painful injuries I've had."

"I was able to put it back in place. I had some X-rays and will see a specialist soon. I'm confident it won't be a serious problem. I think it's only a problem if the bone was damaged."

Groves also said that he cannot confirm if the final will be on June 2nd as he is still awaiting the specialist's recommendation.

"The X-rays showed no damage. I can't hide the fact that I dislocated my shoulder, but I hope to be fine. I still can't say if I will fight on June 2nd. June 2nd is not that far away if we talk about a 12-week training camp, that date is like 14 or 15 weeks away."

"We will be seeking opinions from specialists, find out when I can start hitting again. It won't be a problem to be in shape, I already am, this tournament has kept me focused. I broke my jaw in May and was boxing by October."

"I always recover quickly. I've been very good at that. I live a good, clean, and healthy life. I am the WBA champion, number 1. I have just been involved in a massive pay-per-view event for the world boxing series."

"It wouldn't be the same if I don't participate in the final. But if they have to move the dates, they should do it."
