EVENTO CLASH OF CHAMPIONS: DOLPH ZIGGLER DERROTA A BOBBY ROODE Y BARON CORBIN
In the Clash of Champions event, Dolph Ziggler defeated Bobby Roode and Baron Corbin, becoming a two-time United States champion. However, on the following Tuesday episode of SmackDown Live, Ziggler cut a promo and left the belt in the center of the ring.
Did we witness Dolph Ziggler's farewell from WWE on Tuesday?
We don't know if Ziggler will vacate the championship or not, we'll have to wait for the next episode of the blue brand show to find out. What we do know is that in recent months, the show-off has been developing a dark, unmotivated, resentful, frustrated, and underestimated character.
Dolph Ziggler has hinted that he has vacated the United States Championship on SmackDown Live. In a recent episode of the Conversation With The Big Guy podcast, Ryback commented on Ziggler's current state in WWE.
"Personally, I think he should take a little break. I believe he deserves a break. Whether he quits or not, he should take some time off, at least 6 months. I want to see him in the Bahamas just drinking. I mean, take a year off. He's still young enough."
It has been reported that Ziggler will be off television for a few weeks, so it is still unknown what plans are in store for him and the United States Championship. Ryback said that not re-signing with WWE was the best decision he ever made, so he would advise Ziggler to do the same.
