Undoubtedly, this is the most important triumph of Mahal's career, who reached the top even though few believed he would achieve it.

"It's the best day of my life. I am very proud to represent India in WWE... I am happy to bring the title home and defend it, and make everyone proud," he commented to "Sportskeeda."

"I have defeated Randy Orton, who is legendary in the business, I want to defeat people like John Cena and leave my name among the greatest in professional wrestling."
