Peruvian sailor Stefano Peschiera returns to training in Paracas
Peruvian sailor Stefano Peschiera has returned to training in Paracas and is now looking for a flight to be able to compete in Germany.
"If one week already affects, imagine now. We have had to take many precautions to not overexert myself and get injured," said Stefano Peschiera to América Deportes.
About his next competition, he said: "In September is the first one, in Kiel, Germany. It is a championship of the European circuit. Many others have been canceled and being the first one, it calls a lot of people to want to measure themselves to see at which level they are."
Stefano Peschiera was the first Peruvian to qualify for the upcoming Tokyo 2020 Olympics, which had to be postponed to 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
