The bittersweet relationship between 'Chicho' Salas and Alianza Lima

The sweet relationship that existed between 'Chicho' Salas and Alianza Lima has now turned bitter, as the coach has filed a lawsuit against the institution of La Victoria for a series of charges that have been imposed since he stopped being the team's coach.

The national coach intends to be compensated for a long list of offenses that, according to him, were arbitrarily committed while he was exercising his role as head coach of the 'blanquiazul' club. Take a look at the million and a half dollars he is requesting.

The detailed demand document states that Guillermo Salas' economic demands to Alianza Lima amount to almost one and a half million dollars, arguing that there are up to seven charges in his favor.

The first demand from the coach amounts to 232,555 dollars, the second payment he is seeking is for vacation pay, which is $160,000. He also requests compensation for the number of days of vacation he was unable to take, which exceeds 140,000 dollars.

Likewise, truncated vacations are part of this list of requirements by 'Chicho' Salas and this exceeds 11,333. Bonuses and extraordinary bonuses of 9% are being valued at 370,000. Arbitrary dismissal costs 257,000 and finally he requests compensation for moral damage, which amounts to 300,000.

Guillermo Salas explains that all the amounts he is requesting originate from January 1, 2015, the year in which he allegedly began working for the club.
