Samoa Joe becomes heel in the latest episode of WWE NXT
As we read yesterday on SÚPER LUCHAS, Samoa Joe made a change in his character during the last episode of WWE NXT. This was after attacking Finn Bálor, the champion of the still developmental territory, after the title match he had with Apollo Crews.
It should be remembered that Finn and Joe won the Dusty Rhodes Classic tournament at NXT Takeover: Respect, so their friendship is now over, setting the stage for a very interesting rivalry.
WWE asks Samoa Joe for an explanation on Twitter
WWE has taken to Twitter to ask Samoa Joe for an explanation for his actions. The former TNA competitor responded with a quote from Italian philosopher Niccolò Machiavelli:
"Whosoever desires constant success must change his conduct with the times." - Niccolò Machiavelli @WWEUniverse
— Samoa Joe (@SamoaJoe) November 5, 2015
— Why, Joe, why?
Samoa Joe has just attacked his former partner from the Dusty Rhodes Classic tournament, Finn Bálor!
— "Whosoever desires constant success must change his conduct with the times."
This is the beginning of what will surely be a fierce rivalry. If Bálor doesn't lose the NXT Championship, he could safely put it on the line in one of their battles. We have already seen in TNA and ROH what Joe is capable of when acting as a heel, so we expect more mind games.
