The Peruvian National Team is in the United States preparing for friendly matches against Croatia and Iceland, and here in Peru, fans are eagerly awaiting a great performance, and for that, there is always the gastronomy that accompanies the passionate followers of La Bicolor.
The chefs from the Craft Fair at Campo de Marte came to RPP and showed their proposals: a ceviche with the colors of the Peruvian National Team and an ice cream made on a frozen plate that also shows the red and white of the national flag.
This ceviche has rocoto on the sides and in the middle, the traditional leche de tigre that delights all Peruvian palates, while the ice cream is made with bananas for the white part and strawberries for the red part of the flag.
Peru will face Croatia on Friday, March 23rd at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, while against Iceland they will play on the 27th of the same month at the Red Bull Arena in New Jersey.
