Bobby Lashley: "I have to face Brock Lesnar."

Since last year, Bobby Lashley, a wrestler in Impact Wrestling and a fighter in Bellator MMA, has stated that he wants to compete against Brock Lesnar. In fact, in February of this year, he stated that he doesn't care if it's inside a cage or in a wrestling ring.

Bobby Lashley: "I want to fight against Brock Lesnar, I don't care where"

During a recent interview with Main Event Radio, the gladiator spoke about different issues related to his present and his future, making special reference to competing against the current WWE Universal Champion.

About facing 'The Beast'

"There isn't much left until my contract ends but I enjoy working here. There are some matches that people ask me about and that I have to consider. The only natural one is Brock Lesnar. Whether fighting or wrestling, we have to compete. If he retires before we do, it's stupid. If I retire before him, I'll also be stupid."

"I can post anything, and people always ask me when I will return to WWE or when I will face Brock Lesnar. It's one of those things that if the fans really want it, it will happen."

About Impact Wrestling's move to Canada

"I like it. The fans here are great. It's always good to change places when you have been in one for so long. It's good to have a different group of fans. We'll come and go from Orlando, which is our home. I think the next step will be going to Toronto, and I'm really looking forward to it."

About young wrestlers and fighters that impress him

"We have many great guys in Impact. Eli Drake is on fire. He's at the top of his career. He's great on the mic, a great person, and a great champion. It will be difficult to take the title away from him. Moose is also incredible. I want to give him credit. I like competing with him. Whether in wrestling or fighting, I always try to face the best.

"King Mo Lawal is also trying it. I don't know what's harder, switching from professional wrestling to mixed martial arts or vice versa. Because CM Punk didn't do so well. Although he will come back to fight. You can't end your career with a defeat."
