On Thursday night, the best in high school sports will be celebrated at the Tulsa World’s eighth annual All-World Awards. The banquet at the Cox Business Convention Center in downtown Tulsa honors the top performers in area high school sports. The Tulsa World has awarded more than $170,000 in scholarships over the past seven years to student-athletes at the event.
For the fifth year in a row, the All-World Awards are sponsored by Bill Knight Automotive. During the banquet, selections for the athlete of the year in 20 varsity high school sports will be announced. There also will be a lifetime achievement award winner, Steve Dunlap. And the All-World Awards will also name the best mascot, band, cheer squad, dance team and fan base in a contest that was sponsored by Tulsa Tech.
In addition, there will be winners announced for specialty awards. Below is the Girls Scholar Athlete of the Year:

BELLA LEEP
Sapulpa
Leep was a four-year starter and co-captain for Sapulpa's soccer team and played in this year’s All-State Game. She has a 4.353 weighted GPA and was on the Superintendent's Honor Roll, Principal’s Honor Roll, and is a member of National Honor Society and Key Club. Leep was academic all-conference four times. She also ranked No. 2 in her class of 310 seniors at SHS. Leep also ran cross country for Sapulpa last fall. A defender, she has signed to continue her soccer career at Rose State.
