Reunited and it feels so good.
Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers spent time over the weekend with his former Packers teammate and friend, Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams, before their teams’ “Sunday Night Football” clash in Las Vegas.
Adams, 30, posted a photo of the pair on his Instagram Story, which Rodgers, 39, reshared on his page.
Selected by the Packers in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft, Adams eventually became one of Rodgers’ top targets in Green Bay.
He surpassed 1,000 receiving yards three times with the Packers, including his final season with the team in 2021.
Adams was traded to the Raiders in March 2022 — a move that paired him with his former Fresno State quarterback, Derek Carr — while Rodgers remained with the Packers.
The four-time league MVP was then traded to the Jets in an April blockbuster.
Since moving to different teams, however, Rodgers and Adams have endured challenges.
Rodgers has been sidelined since Week 1 after suffering an Achilles injury just four plays into his Jets career.
As for Adams, he essentially became an afterthought in the Raiders’ offense and erupted on the sidelines in a Week 8 loss to the Lions.
The Jets inquired about Adams at the trade deadline last month but were rebuffed.
Much like Rodgers, other members of Gang Green have envisioned Adams in a Jets uniform.
“I’ve always said he’s top two — not two — as far as receivers in the league, so to have him part of my team, would be a huge honor again obviously,” Allen Lazard, a former Packers wideout and current Jet, recently told The Post’s Steve Serby.
“I’d love to play alongside of him and be able to work with him again and just be able to chase after a ring again.”
With Adams staying put in Las Vegas this season, he and his Raiders teammates are looking to build off of their blowout 30-6 win over the Giants last week.
The game marked Antonio Pierce’s first as interim head coach following Josh McDaniels’ firing after a 3-5 start.
Kickoff between the Jets (4-4) and Raiders (4-5) gets underway at 8:20 p.m.
