When will pensioners receive the payment of their bonuses?
Elderly citizens of the Venezuelan Institute of Social Security are waiting to know the new amount that will be granted to them in the next few days. Find out when the monetary credit will be delivered and the sum in dollars they will receive from the Social Security of Venezuela.
Payment schedule for pensioners' bonuses
According to the reference dates of 2022, the following are the days on which pensioners' bonuses would be paid in Venezuela. Take note!
- First payment of bonuses: Friday, October 20, 2023.
- Second payment of bonuses: Tuesday, November 21, 2023.
- Third payment of bonuses: Thursday, December 21, 2023.
How many months will pensioners receive in their bonus payment?
Elderly individuals registered in the IVSS system will receive three months of bonuses. Each amount will be based on the minimum wage established according to the Official Gazette. This means that one credit is equivalent to 130 bolivars or 3.73 US dollars.
Check your account status in IVSS
- Go to the official IVSS website.
- Click on the "consultas" option.
- Select "cuenta individual" (individual account).
- Enter your identification number and date of birth.
In 2022, pensioners of the IVSS received 260 bolivars (26.8 bolivars) as payment for bonuses, which were delivered in three months and fractionalized over several days.
