Getting to Bills games at Highmark Stadium can get tricky with traffic, finding parking and plenty of other hurdles.
The NFTA is offering fans a solution.
The Game Day Express is the NFTA’s dedicated service to Highmark Stadium. Communications manager Kelly Khatib says there are five stops for the bus and it’s $5 each way. You have to use either the Token Transit App or have exact cash.
The bus service is for fans and those who work at the stadium.
"It's always lovely to see everyone coming together," said Khatib. "You know people you don't know, they're strangers. But by the time they get off this bus, they're definitely friends because football is one of those things that brings everyone together, and this is just such a great way to get on the bus, kind of say 'hi' to your fellow man as well as saving some money."
Khatib says more than 300 people rode the Game Day Express for the home opener.
