Clemson, S.C. — After missing time last week, linebackers Anwar Sparrow and Leon Lowery have made the trip to Death Valley for the Orange’s matchup with No. 5 Clemson.
Star cornerback Garrett Williams also made the trip, but his availability was unclear as kickoff approaches.
Sparrow did not dress for last week’s win against North Carolina State, and Lowery went down during the game with an upper-body injury.
Sparrow and Lowery traveling with the team likely indicates they will be available for the No. 14 Orange on Saturday.
Sparrow was listed as the backup to Derek McDonald on this week’s depth chart. The redshirt freshman linebacker has 10 tackles and half a sack this season.
Lowery was listed as Marlowe Wax’s backup this week. Lowery recorded two tackles including one for a loss in last week’s win against N.C. State before going down.

After not dressing last week, backup safety Eric Coley did not travel with the team. Coley was listed as Alijah Clark’s backup at safety this week. Coley has three tackles and a pass breakup this season.
Other players not traveling this week include Chase Simmons, Darius Tisdale, Anthony Red and players previously announced to be out for the season such as Chris Elmore, Stefon Thompson, Terry Lockett, Denis Jaquez Jr. and Justin Lamson.
