Different people who watched the film on the big screen —released on October 4 in the United States— claim to have fainted and even vomited due to the shocking and violent scenes.
A fan on Twitter, Andrew Liming, shared the moment when his friend "fainted" during the movie screening and cinema staff had to call paramedics.
Another movie lover, with the pseudonym Bark, revealed that someone had "fainted" during the film and fell in their seat.
"They have created a horror legend #Terrifier2 Congratulations on an incredible movie!", he expressed in another tweet.
Damien Leone, the director, declared to Entertainment Weekly and stated: "I don't want people to faint or get hurt during the movie. But it's surreal."
