CAST OF "FRACTURE"
Sam Worthington as Ray Monroe. He is a family father who is recovering from alcohol addiction. Eight years ago, he lost his first wife in an accident, so when he doesn't know the whereabouts of his current partner and daughter, who had an accident, he loses control and suffers from hallucinations.
Lily Rabe as Joanne Monroe. She is Ray's new wife, with whom he doesn't have a good relationship since constant fights make it seem like their marriage will end at any moment. She appears in the movie when she is arguing with her partner in their car and later when they take their daughter to a hospital. After entering to undergo some scans, they disappear from the scene. Except for the times that Monroe remembers them.

PLOT OF "FRACTURE"
The movie follows the story of a couple and their daughter who experienced an incident during a trip. After both enter the hospital for the child to receive treatment, the husband faints due to exhaustion. When he wakes up, he realizes that no one can confirm or confirm the admission of his family to the hospital, which leads him to think of a sinister conspiracy.
In the end, it is revealed that the husband, Ray, is experiencing visual hallucinations due to the psychological trauma resulting from the incident. The reality is that during the incident, his daughter dies due to his negligence, and Ray accidentally kills his wife after an argument at the accident scene.
Ray constructs a new reality in which both his wife and daughter are alive. This culminates with the kidnapping of a patient undergoing surgery at the hospital and shooting a doctor when he exits with a patient.
Ray truly believes he is rescuing his wife and daughter, but the viewer sees that a dying patient lies in the back seats of his car. His wife and daughter are dead in the trunk of his vehicle.
