Have you felt overwhelmed and don't know how to find a way out? The social network Instagram has not only become the most used application by young people to share their photos and videos but also is capable of providing help to people who need support in the worst moment.
Just like Facebook, if you search for the hashtags depression or anxiety, you will notice that Instagram will give you a message telling you that the images have been hidden in order to protect users from content that can incite death.
Even the social network provides you with a button to ask for help or assistance in the process that many people experience at a certain time.
If you press it, Instagram will take you to a page to talk to a friend, chat with an online volunteer, or helpful suggestions that will help you feel better.

According to the National Institute of Mental Health, depression, also called "clinical depression" or "depressive disorder," is a mood disorder that causes symptoms of distress that affect how one feels, thinks, and coordinates daily activities, such as sleeping, eating, or working.
To receive a diagnosis of depression, symptoms must be present most of the day, nearly every day, for at least two weeks.
