Jean Pierre Rhyner has a new challenge in Europe. The Swiss defender, of Peruvian roots, has just joined Cádiz, which participates in the Second Division of Spain.
After spending the last season at Grasshopper, Jean Pierre Rhyner considered it was the opportune moment for a club change and therefore chose to sign with Cádiz.
Previously, he was part of Schaffhausen, from the Swiss promotion, due to lack of opportunities and space at Grasshopper. In that team, he established himself as a starter.
Jean Pierre Rhyner has played a total of 35 matches in the first division of Switzerland [20 last season] and 26 in the second, scoring four goals in total.
His contract with Cádiz is for three seasons. In the next few hours, he will undergo the necessary medical exams and then join the training at the Ramón de Carranza stadium.
