Cesc Fábregas said goodbye to Italian coach Antonio Conte on Thursday, even before Chelsea officially announced his dismissal, and thanked him for the titles and wished him luck in the future.
"Thank you, coach, for another Premier League title and FA Cup. It wasn't easy for me to convince you at first, but I hope you felt proud of me in the end. Good luck for the future," Fàbregas wrote on his Twitter account.

The London team has not yet made the Italian coach's dismissal official after two years at the club, despite already reaching an agreement with Napoli for his replacement, Maurizio Sarri.
Sarri will become the ninth tenant of the Stamford Bridge bench since Russian magnate Roman Abramovich acquired the club in 2003.
