Agustín Lozano, has given his full support to Juan Máximo Reynoso Guzmán, coach of the Peruvian National Team, who these days is in the center of criticism for the defeats suffered by our team against the Chile and Argentina teams in the framework of the South American Qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.

"The biggest goals are the ones that require the most work. And Juan Reynoso is precisely synonymous with hard work. Today we have to go through bitter days, listening and reading criticisms that in some cases are not intended to build up; on the contrary, they are given with the aim of dividing Peruvians," said Lozano Saavedra this afternoon in an extensive post on Instagram.

Shallow Interests

"We have players with great talent and the guarantee that Juan Reynoso's work group works tirelessly - unlike others - thinking about the common good of the national team and the entire Federation; without shallow interests that others show and that confuse public opinion, but not those who know the truth from within," he emphasized.

"We entrust our coaching staff with all the faith to raise our colors to the highest level and in the FPF we will offer support for every requirement and management that needs to be done for the well-being of our teams. From my position as president of the FPF, I do not lose sight of looking with faith and optimism at the great goal of qualifying for the 2026 World Cup," he added.
