Infidelity rumors swirl around Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi
The term icardear was born with the love triangle starring Wanda Nara (31), Mauro Icardi (27), and Maxi López (33), and it refers to the man/woman who ends up with the spouse of their friend. And as they say, what goes around comes around, Icardi seems to be the one who got icardeado this time, as reports from Italy claim that Wanda cheated on him with a teammate from Inter.
The Italian media is buzzing with this rumor that is gaining traction as hours go by. They say there is an audio that went viral on WhatsApp, which supposedly proves the infidelity of the elder Nara sister, and this soap opera is spreading across all kinds of media outlets.
Faced with this situation, the Icardi couple turned to the Justice system. Wanda stated that she has put everything in the hands of her lawyers to protect her honor and that of her entire family.
In the meantime, it seems that the crisis between them is deepening. He has stopped following her on social media, and she recently unfollowed and changed her profile name: she went back to her original name, Wanda Nara, instead of her usual Wanda Icardi.
So, who is the one who "icardoed" Icardi?
It is said to be the Croatian midfielder and teammate of her husband, Marcelo Brozović (25), who is in a relationship with the striking Silvija Lihtar, with whom he has just become a father to the beautiful Aurora.
According to Corriere della Sera newspaper, a few days ago, during the Inter vs Spal match, Mauro Icardi had a fierce fight with Marcelo Brozović, which another Croatian player, Ivan Perisic (29), allegedly also joined, against the Rosario-born player.
Strangely, Icardi also unfollowed his teammates on Instagram, where his recent posts, that did not receive Wanda's heart, showed him posing with designs from the latest D&G collection, which was just presented with a stylish fashion show in Milan.
As it has been leaked, despite going through their worst time, Icardi and Nara have shown unity in their lawsuit against the Italian media outlets that echoed this infidelity story, and they will take legal action against them.
Through their lawyer Giuseppe Di Carlo, the couple has filed a lawsuit on charges of defamation in the press due to the articles published in the magazine "Cronaca Vera" and the news portals "Liberoquotidiano.it" and "Newnotizie.it", which mentioned a "presumed and absolutely non-existent 'sexual scandal at the Inter home', as well as 'beating and betrayals'".
On her Twitter account, Nara made a strong statement in which, among other things, she wrote in Italian: "Similar complaints have been filed to determine the criminal responsibility of those who have produced and distributed the audio mentioned in the aforementioned articles (if it exists), as well as the criminal responsibility of the newspaper editors who relaunched the fake news without bothering to determine its truthfulness, accuracy, and relevance".
And she continued: "After all the bad things they said, I had to protect myself. I handed everything to my lawyer to let everyone who has made accusations about me and my family pay the consequences. I live a normal life where I work and take care of my children. Focus on your own life instead of freely writing malicious things about mine".
ICARDEADA OR WANDEADA?
With the scandal on the table, debates have arisen. On social media, where they wasted no time dredging up the Nara, Icardi, and López love triangle, a new verb has emerged.
Months ago, when the Inter striker released his biography, it drew attention to the section where he talked about how his extramarital relationship with Wanda Nara started, and he didn't hesitate to put the blame on her, saying that she was the one who made the first move.
That's why now, many wonder if the term shouldn't be changed from icardeada to wandeada.
The blonde woman, a few weeks ago, further raised her profile on social media by posting mysterious and very provocative photos that were initially said to be the reason why Mauro, feeling jealous, decided to unfollow her.
Other versions claimed that, outraged by his wife's behavior, Mauro decided to stop relying on her as his representative and secretly met with the famous Mino Raiola, something that would have increased tensions in the couple.
For now, he has not made any statements regarding the alleged infidelity.
Wanda and Mauro, who met when he was López's teammate at Sampdoria, are parents to Francesca and Isabella. The blonde, with Maxi, is the mother of three boys: Valentino, Constantino, and Benedicto.
