Zinedine Zidane: A Football Legend

Zinedine Zidane is one of the greatest players that the French team has ever had and is considered by the specialized press as one of the greatest exponents of football of all time.

One of the most memorable moments of this player originated when his career as a footballer was about to end.

During the 2006 World Cup final between the national teams of France and Italy, Zidane head-butted Materazzi in the chest, following some insults from the Italian player. This resulted in his expulsion from the match and shortly after, he announced his retirement from football as a player.
