Against all odds, Enzo Amore became the Cruiserweight Champion for the second time at TLC. This happened after he illegally attacked Kalisto's eyes, leaving him unable to defend himself from a kick to the jaw.

During the match, the masked wrestler took the initiative, but Amore dodged him and left the ring. Seeing how Amore was running away, the Mexican wrestler decided to chase him with his aerial attacks.

Upon re-entering the ring, the 'Stud' received Amore with punches in an attempt to secure a three-count, but without success. Kalisto then responded with kicks, but his rival stomped on him and tried to pin him again.

In the final moments, Amore grabbed the ring apron and tried to bring it inside, but the referee stopped him. Taking advantage of the distracted referee, Enzo poked Kalisto in the eyes and finished him off with his finisher.
