Colombian international James Rodríguez said that the sensations in his debut with Bayern Munich, against Werder Bremen, "were good" and that he is gradually improving in the physical aspect.

"I am gradually getting physically fit. The sensations were good and I think we played a good game," said James Rodríguez after Bayern Munich won the Telekom Cup final against Werder Bremen (0-2).

"Now we are going to try to continue doing things well in order to win titles, which is what ultimately remains," he added.
Asked if in the few days he has been at Bayern Munich he already knows some German words, he said: "danke (thank you) and guten Morgen (good morning)." For now, he pointed out with a smile, that's all.
