Sevilla players have started getting to know the style of Diego Alonso, the Uruguayan coach who took charge of the team this week and has already led the first practices.

In one of the sessions, the press was allowed in and the former coach of the Uruguayan national team was seen in action.
“Pay attention, two touches maximum,” he said to his players when explaining an exercise and then he made them stop so that they would start when he blew the whistle.
Later, he asked for more speed. “Fast, damn it! Run, run, strong, strong!”, he yelled at them.
Alonso also had words for Sergio Ramos, the historic center-back who returned to Sevilla in the last transfer window.
“Sergio, recover in time so you can run, otherwise you won't make it,” he advised him before a demanding exercise.
