Real Madrid could have its first reinforcement from the World Cup
In recent years, Real Madrid has been very attentive to players who perform in a World Cup so that they can shine at home and join their ranks. The group stage has not yet ended and it seems that the Spanish team already has its first "World Cup reinforcement" chosen.
It's about the French midfielder Nabil Fekir, who despite not having had many minutes in Russia 2018, has attracted the interest of Real Madrid. This was confirmed by Jean-Michel Aulas, president of Olympique Lyon, the current team of the mentioned midfielder.
According to information from the EFE agency, Aulas stated that Fekir, a 24-year-old of Algerian origin, is on Real Madrid's radar. He also revealed that if the Spanish team wants their 'jewel', they will have to pay 70 million euros.
Weeks ago, Nabil Fekir had been linked to a possible interest from Liverpool, but the English club never officially expressed their desire to sign the Frenchman, who has only played 30 minutes in the World Cup so far: 20' against Australia and 10' against Peru.
