Hace algunos días, el imitador peruano Miguel Moreno fue presentado en el programa Fox Sports Radio Perú como el nuevo jale. Su presentación fue con una caracterización del jugador de la selección peruana que estará en Rusia 2018, Jefferson Farfán, algo que causó la molestia de muchos. Ahora, el Ministerio de Cultura lanzó un comunicado rechazando este acto.

"Ministry of Culture rejects practices that reinforce racist stereotypes against the Afrodescendant population"

The Ministry announced in the statement released on Thursday afternoon. What they reject is the darkened painting of the face and the exaggeration in the Afrodescendant features, something they do not tolerate.

In addition, the Ministry of Culture reported that they will communicate with the central office of Fox Sports to avoid these types of practices in Peru that could fuel racism, a situation they will not allow.
