In July 2017, he left the Furius Gaming team and the same month joined Rebirth eSports. A few days ago, he arrived in Lima, Peru to give the first championship of the CLS to the Phoenix team; however, they finished in second place with just one game of League of Legends.
The team broke all predictions of the competition by forcing the fifth game against KLG, a team that has even reached the League of Legends World Championship. In the interviews we conducted with the Rhino team, the players showed great confidence and ventured to say that they would not reach the final game.
One of the responsible for raising the spirit of Rebirth eSports in the CLS final was undoubtedly Fabián "Warangelus" Llanos. Throughout the competition, he demonstrated the widest champion pool among shooters. In addition, he brought Ezreal, a not very common character in the current meta, to the competitive scene of South America.
The same player was critical of LAS competitiveness. He commented to the press that the region still needs to work to be relevant compared to other League of Legends competitions. He could be considered the role model to follow in this eSports in terms of personal and professional growth.
