The first four round of 16 matches will be played this Wednesday, September 21st.

The activity on Wednesday will begin at 15:30 with the games Rentistas-Progreso (VTV+ and Star+) and Albion-La Luz.

In the evening, Rampla Juniors will host Nacional at the Centenario Stadium at 20:00 (VTV+ and Star+), while at 20:30 Plaza Colonia will receive Cerro Largo FC at the Prandi.

While the other four remaining matches will be played on Wednesday, September 28th, with Peñarol hosting Boston River at Campeón del Siglo at 20:30.

Also playing on that day will be Liverpool-Wanderers, Defensor Sporting-River Plate, and Cerrito-City Torque.

Of the 76 teams that started the tournament, with clubs from the Uruguayan Football Association (AUF) and the Interior Football Organization (OFI), only the best 16 remain, 13 from the Professional First Division (Nacional, Peñarol, Rentistas, Albion, Plaza, Cerro Largo, Liverpool, Wanderers, Defensor, River Plate, Boston River, Cerrito, and City Torque) and three from the Professional Second Division (Progreso, La Luz, and Rampla), while none from the amateur football, which includes OFI, continue.
