In the last few hours, the Sports Boys' ruling in favor of TAS was known, after the last claim presented by Ayacucho FC and San Martín at the beginning of this season, since as we remember both teams claimed that they should not lose their category.

"The appeal presented by Universidad San Martín de Porres and Ayacucho Fútbol Club is declared inadmissible," read the first line of the official document.

"The arbitration costs that will be communicated soon by the TAS Secretariat to the parties must be assumed in their entirety and equally by Universidad San Martín de Porres and Ayacucho Fútbol Club," they added.

Sport Boys issued a statement after the recent ruling by TAS.

"The Club Sport Boys Association informs its fans, media, and the general public that, following the claim made by Ayacucho FC and Universidad San Martín de Porres before the Sports Tribunal (TAS), the Club has been notified with the corresponding ruling in the case TAS 2023/A/9534," said Sport Boys through a statement disseminated on their social networks.

"The decision of the highest sports court has been favorable to the institution, as it has established the real effects of the exceptional sports regime regarding sanctions and their proper execution, thus achieving a correct application of the Licensing regulations," the pink club concluded.
