Alianza Lima football player highlighted the first minutes of the Sporting Cristal striker with the national uniform against Brazil.
After the painful defeat of Peru 1-0 against Brazil last Tuesday, September 12th, at the Estadio Nacional, it was the desired debut of Sporting Cristal player, Joao Grimaldo, with the national team leaving a good impression on the fans who asked Juan Reynoso to give him playing time.
Likewise, one of the players who applauded his first presence with the national team was Alianza Lima midfielder, Jairo Concha, who mentioned that Grimaldo did not feel the weight of the Peruvian kit in the match against the 'Canarinha'.
"I am not very experienced to talk about these issues, but Grimaldo is a very good player, in the match against Brazil he showed that his debut with the national team did not weigh him down,"
, he stated.
ADVICE
Jairo Concha also advised Joao Grimaldo to keep a distance from the media, after having made statements on a program unrelated to sports.
"I'm not the one to recommend anything, but I would tell him to try to stay away from the press. Yesterday I saw him on a program that had nothing to do with football, but it's up to him,"
, he pointed out.
Note that Grimaldo received support from the members of the Peruvian national team, highlighting the words of encouragement given by Paolo Guerrero, Pedro Gallese, and Yoshimar Yotun before his entry onto the field at the Estadio Nacional.
