Guillermo Salas sued Alianza Lima for 5 million soles due to his unexpected dismissal, but the Judicial Power declared his complaint inadmissible.

Weeks ago it was reported that Guillermo Salas had sued Alianza Lima for a million sum of 5 million soles due to the alleged arbitrary dismissal he suffered at the hands of the team from La Victoria. Let's remember that a few months ago he stopped being the coach of the blanquiazul squad, so he was forced to leave with his coaching staff and be replaced by the Uruguayan Mauricio Larriera.

However, now the Judicial Power has determined that the former Alianza Lima coach's complaint is inadmissible because it did not comply with the requirements imposed by said entity, but this was due to a totally unforeseen reason. It turns out that when making his claim, 'Chicho' Salas did not legibly attach a copy of his National Identity Document (DNI).

This was explained recently by a resolution of the Superior Court of Justice: "From the review of the content of the complaint, based on the regulation of the normative instruments referred to in the previous consideration, the absence of the requirements indicated below can be observed in the specific case: National Identity Document: Article 425 of the Civil Procedure Code, applicable as a supplementary provision to the present process, states: 'a readable copy of the claimant's identity document must be attached to the complaint'."

"From the review of the aforementioned document, it is noted that the copy of the document it offers is illegible, so the plaintiff must comply with rectifying said observation," the document adds. However, this does not mean that Guillermo Salas cannot continue with the lawsuit against Alianza Lima, but quite the opposite.

What should Guillermo Salas do now?

'Chicho' Salas has a period of five business days to resubmit his complaint to the Judicial Power, but this time with the National Identity Document completely legible. Let's remember that the total demand that the former footballer demands from Alianza Lima is for the amount of 5 million 438 thousand 088 soles.

Why did Guillermo Salas sue Alianza Lima?

In general, the lawsuit against Alianza Lima was filed for several reasons, including Compensation for Time of Service (CTS), vacation remuneration, compensation for non-enjoyment of physical vacation rest, truncated vacations, bonus and extraordinary 9% bonus, arbitrary dismissal, and moral damages.
