Roberto Palacios has made an unprecedented confession after stating that he had a chat with Juan Reynoso to be part of his coaching staff in the Peruvian national team, revealing in detail the words he used at that moment.
According to Palacios, he made this known when Reynoso was presented as the new DT of the national team, since he told him that he wanted to learn and have the opportunity to support him in this new stage.
In addition, the idol of Sporting Cristal stated that he did this because he is there to serve the Peruvian national team and give them what he has learned in his career as a football player and now with his studies to be a coach.
"The truth is that I would love to be on his coaching staff. When he was presented, I talked to him and told him if there was a possibility to be there burning stages because I'm going to graduate as a coach. I already have the A license but I still need the Pro license to coach professionally. I told him that if there was the possibility of supporting him, I was delighted and I didn't rule out that possibility. If he needs me, I'm delighted because we are here to serve the Peruvian national team, to give them the best of what we have learned and what we have also studied," he said in the program Matrix Sport.
