The accident-prone start of Liga1 with five 'walk overs' did not leave Phillip Butters indifferent. The former sports commentator took advantage of his space in PBO Noticas to give a message to Alianza Lima and the other four teams so that they do not lose three points in the first round of the Torneo Apertura by the FPF.

The popular 'Sabelón', a fan of Universitario, took off his 'jersey' and supported the cause of the Alianza against the FPF so that they are not affected by a deduction of points, due to the 'wrong form' in which the walk overs were made official.
The communicator addressed the directors of Alianza Lima, Cienciano, Melgar, Binacional, and Cusco FC to give them a 'golden advice'. "In order for a match to start, you don't have to touch the ball. I will give all those involved a solution for the points problem...", he said, seeking to capture the attention of the Alianza fans.
Butters referred to the international standard from Zurich to argue that the protocol applied by Liga 1 was not correct. "Listen to me, look at the regulations, I'm giving you three points for free. If at the moment the referee blows the whistle and they touch the ball and it hasn't completed its circumference, the match hasn't started and they can't take away the three points. That's in the FIFA rules", he said passionately about his interpretation of the rule.
"You don't have to go to the TAS, that match didn't start. It's not about the other team touching the ball. It just has to roll its circumference. It's like saying, when the ball enters the goal or not, it has to completely enter the ball. By completing its circumference, the match started. Look at each and every one of the walk overs", added the former sports commentator.

The controversial communicator even suggested that the clubs demand a rescheduling of the match in question. "If they only touched the ball and it didn't roll, there was no walk over, that match is annulled and must be played again according to the rules", he finally commented.
