Jugó en clubes como Sport Boys, Sporting Cristal, Carlos A. Mannucci, Cantolao, César Vallejo, and even won a championship with FBC Melgar, but now his reality is behind bars. Patricio Arce is imprisoned in the Callao prison for allegedly ordering the murder of Piero Robles Gevasi.

Now, the National Police of Peru managed to dismantle the organization that the former football player led in the districts of La Perla, Callao and Ventanilla. This criminal gang, called Los Abusivos de La Perla, was dedicated to extortion and hired killing.

"We had information that they would be extorting drivers, vehicle owners and transportation companies from La Perla to av. Javier Prado. They would charge them and those who did not comply with the extortion payment were threatened. They even killed people to cause fear," said PNP General Jorge Castillo.

"They collected approximately 20,000 soles per month. So far, we have credited six homicides and four injuries by this gang in 2022. We have managed to capture six members and register two who are currently detained," emphasized the official.

The criminals captured by the Police are Alvin Peralta Moreira (28 years old), also known as 'Jeremy', leader of the gang "with multiple records"; Pilar Balarezo Domínguez, 'Chata', "in charge of collecting extortion payments"; Raúl Matute Mercado, alias 'Matute', the "hitman who threatened the drivers"; José Valle Leguita, who was the hired killer, "the most feared of all"; Gallardo Canchaya, dedicated to threats; and Angélica Quiroz Medrano.

They would be part of the gang headed by Patricio Arce Cambana, also known as 'Pato', and Lender Torres Castro, who directed them from prison. In the mega-operation, 5,800 soles of alleged illicit origin, 50 ammunition, a laptop, and cell phones were found in 11 properties. General Castillo indicated that no weapons were found because "someone takes them" to avoid being caught.
