Éxar Rosales received some tough news. The case of the former goalkeeper of Unión Comercio, who was separated from the team for acts that went against the club, reached the offices of the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF), which found him guilty.

In this regard, the Peruvian Football Federation has decided to ban Éxar Rosales from all football activities for 10 years, after confirming that the goalkeeper was involved in "match-fixing".
Furthermore, it is stated in the press release that, in addition to the sports sanction imposed on Éxar Rosales, an economic penalty has also been imposed. The goalkeeper has been fined by the FPF Appeals Committee with an amount equivalent to four Tax Units (UIT).
What was the trigger to denounce Éxar Rosales?
Éxar Rosales was accused by the president of Unión Comercio of meeting with three youth players from the team and demanding that the match against Atlético Grau in the Liga 2 should end in a draw.
The goalkeeper appealed against the accusation, but the FPF Integrity and Ethics Department declared it unfounded on December 16th.
